McDonald’s still hasn’t arrived in Iraq, but Bagdad-based Barleyhas proven that there is a strong earnings potential for homegrown interpretations of Western cuisine  in the region. Barley has grown quickly since it opened. Barley is a quick service fast-food restaurant and the only one with a western look and feel to it.
